Behind every smile is an emotional story

Lol. $nyways let me get down to today’s touching piece. 6o as I paged an 2[ford dictionary I came across an interesting word µpain’ which means the mental or emotional suffering and beneath it I came across an idiom which says, µno pain no gain’ and it hit my mind that there comes a time where we suffer emotionally or mentally due to some circumstances. $nd my Tuestion was that...what do you then do? 'o you Must remain anguished and despondent or you dust off your pain and move on?

MINGLE

If you can mingle with some of the mortals they can share some of their emotional e[periences and you can see that every one goes through a lot but manages to smile and put themselves together. There’s no way you can ever move on if you still thinN that the world has casted an evil eye to you because you’ll always have the feeling of µI can’t change my life as the world too turn a blind eye on me’. There’s no such thing. $ decision can only change the way you interact with things, how you tacNle some situations. 'on’t misinterpret people’s smiles because you never Nnow what’s really going with them behind closed doors. The biggies they face will never be Nnown but only a smile on their sad faces will be seen. They say the best revenge is to smile to those who thought they’ve destroyed your life. It’s sad to go through the worst moments in life but it’s nature. It’s what heightens our self-esteem and Nills it at the same.

PREDICT

True that we can never predict the future and we can’t hold on to some things. In relationships you get to Nnow that a couple that fell in love such that they decide to tie a Nnot, promised each other that only death will do them apart but time goes and you get to hear that they’ve filed for divorce - how devastating %ut in that situation where a number of people out there staring at what they’ll react, they actually don’t show their emotions into the world. They understand that grown ups don’t do that. %uilding up your innermost vision is what needs to

be done no matter what you have encountered in life. /ife has its own ups and downs but it’s a choice to go down with life or rise up with it. That’s one thing I cherish about life that it always gives out a choice. People lose their dear ones time and again especially during this &29I'era, I lost mine too, but I got to learn that it’s not the end of the world, it’s actually the beginning of it to live without my dear one.

PAIN

Pain is there to show us that nothing glitters forever and that no one Nnows what is in store for us ahead but we Neep on hoping that it brings Moy along with gladness. 2ne thing I can say is that everything changes with time I mean a lot can happen even in seconds. :hen life NnocNs you down, it’s up to you to get up.
