MBABANE – South African Jacaranda FM radio host DJ Jazzy D, will be in the kingdom for the Old School Pool Party.

The event will be held at the Happy Valley Hotel, on November 19, this year. The party will see the SA DJ and a couple of local acts dishing out the best of the old school mixes for the show dubbed, the Old School Party with Jazzy D and friends.

The Groove Master, as he’s’ affectiona­tely known in the entertainm­ent industry, hails from SA, Pretoria. Born Jazzy Diadora, he has made his mark by his old school mixes’ tours which have been heard all over Africa and in countries outside the continent. The upcoming event will not be the artists’ first show in the country; he was here last year for an edition of his old school nights.

“I am excited for DJ Jazzy D’s to return to Eswatini and this time coming along with Dantanio as well will be such a treat for the old school music lovers,” said Zama Potgieter, event organiser.

The line-up has some of Eswatini’s finest from DJ MBO, DJ Toxik, Datanio and Trish Charnley will be the MC for the night. The event is for all the golden oldies and old school music lovers. It has been suggested that oldies bring out the happiness and urge to sing along whether you’re terrible or not but the feels with oldies.

ABOUT THE GROOVEMAST­ER DJ JAZZY D

With just over 21 years of experience behind the wheels of steel DJ Jazzy D has been all over Africa with his brand producing most of his time during the day. He started off at a family owned Club Bel Air and had a long journey to gain the respect he has by producers, artists and fans. He has only released oneself entitled CD and created one of the biggest dance floor hits in SA dance history titled Lady Soul.

He has produced for just over 15 superstars and has two albums under his belt.
