M- She is reclaiming her glory.

We all have some setbacks from time to time, but what is of essence is dusting yourself off and trying again.

Giving into defeat is for those who lack courage. The only stories that we come up to share every week are those of strongwilled individuals who strived to make the most out of their lives through sweat, hard work and pain.

Today we celebrate Nomvula Dlamini who is reclaiming her fit figure after losing track two years ago when COVID-19 was at its peak.

During the lockdown period she lost the motivation to keep up with her training routine, piled up over 15 kilogrammes excess weight from around 60kg.

When she hit the scale soon after lockdown, she was sitting at 78kg.

Through consistent training and healthy eating habits, she is four kilogrammes short of shredding off the 18kg she gained as excess weight.

This means she has lost 14kg since returning to her training

BEFORE: Nomvula Dlamini’s heaviest weight was 78kg when she decided to fully return to the gym last year. AFTER: After losing 14kg, she has toned her waist and legs. She is now down to 64kg.
