He will be hosted by Ukhozi FM radio DJ Zeal Ndabezitha Madladla from 9am to 12:30pm. When reached for comment, Umfana weBhejisa expressed his excitement about getting the opportunity.

Interview

“It will be my second time at Ukhozi FM, I was there last year for an interview. I am very happy and looking forward to the show. I have been recognised as a Maskandi artist and this will help me to further get exposure for my music as well as for my brand. This simply tells me that I am growing as an artist as I have also recently appeared on a television show in SA known as ‘Ugubhu Lwami’ on 1KZN TV channel,” he said.

He went on to say that there were a lot of artists who could have been invited for such an opportunity but they chose him. “So yes I am really grateful for the opportunity. I am growing as an artist and my biggest dream following this invitation is to play overseas and make sure that I leave a mark. I have strived with resilience and patience in this industry especially during COVID-19.”

He further said that it was time for him to continue exploring and achieving his dream as he has been working hard.

He also said that there is a future in music, the fact that he had been booked by Ukhozi emphasised on that.

He added that on December 1, this year, he has also been invited by National Emergency Response Council on HIV/AIDS (NERCHA), at an event that would be held at Gege in the country to perform. This is another event which the artist is looking forward to as he would get the opportunity to engage with local fans.
