Sir,

We must not love people such that when they’re no longer present in our lives it feels like the end of life. People come and people go. Some people are only in our lives temporary to enjoy the success we have acquired so far. If we could lose all we have, it’s a fact that not everyone can stand by outside. There are people who go with the light, when darkness approaches they cannot stand up for it. There are people who believes in you because they see results ,and there are people who have faith in you even when there is nothing touchable but they keep on believing that something good can come out of your life. These folks get close to you, nurture you until the potential within you is unpacked. We need to hold on to these souls, who are always there for us even in our low moments.

We fear losing people, but sometimes it’s not our fault, they leave us because they are failing to understand our principle that aligns with our mission. You must be concerned about your life more than you’re concerned with company.

You must not compromise your values just because you want to keep relationships. Some relationships are not worth it, especially those that keep us hostage and prevent us from exploring our capabilities. You must be authentic and true to yourself so that you live to be the person you were created to be. Love people, but make sure you enjoy your own company and learn to be productive on your own. We live with people but we do not live by people, we need people but we must not always rely on them, just in case they are not there tomorrow. There most valuable thing in life is you protecting identity. Protect who you are because once you miss it, you have compromised your capability that is responsible for cultivating your purpose. Everyone has what it’s takes to nurture his/her journey. It’s not something that is far, or something that needs time to be prepared or built, but it’s a component God made readily available from the day you were born. Focus on your cognitive development, live life on your lane and more importantly be authentic to your care.
