you do? “Before starting my exercises, I warm up on the treadmill. Mondays are dedicated to leg and squats. On Tuesdays, I focus

on stomach exercises and squats. Wednesdays are dedicated to my upper body, where I do shoulder and back exercises. Fridays are for weight lifting and

targeting my sides.” Do you stick to a specific

nutrition programme? “Yes, I cut off starch, sugar initially and started drinking warm water before breakfast. I also avoid eating after 7pm. Don’t start for the sake of impressing others; do it for yourself, as they may discourage you if they don’t see immediate change.” What is your motivational slogan?

“I will never give up on something that means so a lot to me. Food and lifestyle do not define me, so l will persevere until l achieve the changes I desire.”
