The 2024 Labour Law Seminar will have an in-depth analysis of workers’ freedom of association, right to organise and strikes, as well as how other legislation prevent employees from these rights.

The Conciliation Mediation and Arbitration Commission (CMAC) yesterday launched the 0 Labour Law Seminar themed µEnhancing Harmony in the Workplace’ and will be held on March , 0 at the Happy 9alley Hotel in E]ulwini. Un like previous years, this year’s seminar will take two days.

The director explained that the reason this year’s seminar would take two days was in response to delegates who reTuested a two day seminar.
