Beautiful Birds, Sincephetelo Motor Vehicle Accident Fund (SMVAF) Management Committee in collaboration with PLE and other stakeholders conducted a draw, where your beautiful team was drawn against our rivals Mbabane Highlanders FC. For this draw, football is the winner! Maswaiswai, through Ingwenyama Cup Public Relations Officer (PRO) Nkhosilenhle ‘Makawosi’ Masuku, we were notified that this beautiful game will be played on Sunday, March 10, 2024, at the Somhlolo National Stadium. A fixture is yet to come from PLE with time logistics. BoSwenka, BoSpencer, Swallows Management will do everything in its power to support the technical team and the players to advance to the final. Beautiful Birds, the Mbabane Swallows Football Club governor, management committee, behind-the-scenes staff, technical team and players take the opportunity to thank you all for your massive support, sacrifice, singing and dancing while in attendance at Mkhuzweni Technical Centre during the past week’s game against Royal Leopard. Ningasebahle Boswenka!!! We are proud of your support as you painted Mkhuzweni in our Swallows traditional colours. Yes, we got a result we did not like as the 1-1 draw was not what we wanted, but we accept the draw as we came from behind. The goal was scored by Kingsley Kwayki and the point was crucial for our position on the log. We thank the NSC for encouraging branch chairpersons/committees to ensure supporters come in their numbers.. We are proud of you Maswaiswai! Next league match
Your team of choice will be playing on Sunday at 4pm at Mavuso Sports Centre against Manzini Wanderers FC. This will be a double header as at 1:30pm, there will be Manzini Sea Birds and Mbabane Highlanders encounter. The entry fee is E50. We need your support in this game as your presence makes the players to put more effort in the field of play. Come in numbers Maswaiswai and fill Mavuso right stand. Swallows management urges NSC and branch chairpersons to work on supporters transport.
Swallows development
Our Under-15s proved why they don the Swallows brand, as they triumphed 2-0 in the semi-finals against Dark City FC in the Brand Active Tournament. We are proud of you little birds and wish you good luck as you prepare for the final which will be against Royal Leopard FC. Our Under-19s, on the other hand, could not beat Royal Leopards FC as they went down 3-2 which was their first loss. Hard luck Maswaiswai.
