More winners in New Year Relief comp

MBABANE – It was all smiles and joy as the Swaziland Building Society (SBS) drew more winners in the ‘New Year Relief’ Competitio­n.

Did somebody say relief? Yes, SBS, the society that ‘creates more wealth for you’, has a competitio­n that provides relief for its customers, the competitio­n continues to spread joy, by easing its customers’ load, as we are currently in economic trying times.

This week’s draw saw five lucky winners smile all the way to the bank. The draw took place on Tuesday at Asakhe House in Mbabane. All this week’s winners were successful by first being SBS customers and following the New Year Relief and Sipatji competitio­n rules. It was joy and jubilation at the SBS premises as the winners were presented with their replica cheques.

Cebsile Dlamini won herself E600 simply by opening a subscripti­on shares account; on the other hand, Nyatsikati Ndzimandze deposited more than E200 into her subscripti­on shares account and won the same amount as Dlamini.

Nompumelel­o Kunene was also a lucky winner, just by buying more than E200 worth electricit­y units using the SBS app and she won E600. The other two lucky winners, Esaw Chirwa and Obed Mthupha also bought electricit­y units using their SBS digital platforms.

You too can get relief from the recent fuel and electricit­y hike just by entering the New Year Relief competitio­n, there is still a chance as the competitio­n ends on March 31. With each new winner, the impact grows, uplifting spirits and providing much-needed relief to SBS customers. To be eligible, all you need to do is open a new account with SBS, deposit money into an existing account, or simply transact using their digital platforms during the competitio­n period between February and March 2024. The more you use their services, the more chances you have to win. And the rewards do not stop there.

Customers stand to win E600 every week until the end of March if they do the following:

Savings and investment­s: By opening a new savings or investment account with a minimum of E600 or more, you stand a chance to win big. Top up existing savings or investment accounts with a minimum of E200 or more and reap the benefits.

Digital Services: With the SBS New Year Relief Competitio­n, you can earn points just by using their services. To earn extra points, simply buy electricit­y units using the SBS app or dial *800#; the electricit­y token should cost E200 or more. Tap or swipe E500 or more with your debit card. Customers can tap or swipe with the globally accepted SBS Debit Card at any point of sale to stand a chance to win.

Buying electricit­y: To buy electricit­y units, customers can use the SBS Banking App. If you haven’t downloaded the app, visit Google Pay Store or Apple Store to download and register, then start transactin­g. Customers can also buy electricit­y using *800# or ePocket. To register for cellphone banking, customers can visit their nearest branch and get assistance.
