4 local companies for E12m EswatiniBank tenders
MBABANE – EswatiniBank has earmarked four local companies for different tenders amounting to E12 906 301.40 million.
The tenders are for different jobs at the construction of the new EswatiniBank branch at Siphofaneni Plaza. This is contained in different notices published on the Eswatini Public Procurement Regulatory Agency (ESPPRA) website.
The tenders include; installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), electronic and electric installation and the construction of the Siphofaneni Plaza branch.
Construction
Worth mentioning is that early this year the bank invited suitably qualified building contractors registered with the Construction Industry Council Category B3 only, for the proposed new construction of EswatiniBank Branch at Siphofaneni Plaza. These are some of the companies that had been shortlisted for the different tenders. The bank’s development function includes financing projects or businesses in various sectors of the local economy such as industrial, commercial, agriculture, transport, mining, Small-Micro-Medium Enterprises (SMMEs), healthcare, tourism, youth entrepreneurship, property development, retail, etc.
On the commercial front, Es- watiniBank has products and services that include savings accounts, current accounts, investment accounts, corporate accounts, premier banking, digital banking (mobile app and internet), foreign exchange (USD, EUR, GBP and ZAR) and loan facilities for housing, vehicle, agriculture, SMME, personal and business.
EswatiniBank is a socially responsible corporate citizen and its corporate social investment (CSI) Programme includes
the annual EswatiniBank Cup knockout football tournament and EswatiniBank Schools Music Competition. Other CSI initiatives include youth entrepreneurship, poverty alleviation, wellness and job creation.
