MBABANE - Fine artist, Xolelwa Malinga’s exceptiona­l talent took center stage at an esteemed exhibition in Dubai.

0alinga was bestowed with a pres tigious award celebratin­g women as impactful artists in the field of art, a testament to her unwavering dedica tion and artistic prowess.

The e[hibition, a celebratio­n of artistic ingenuity, served as a plat form for 0alinga to showcase her captivatin­g creations.

+er e[ceptional contributi­ons to the world of art were recognised, as she was honoured with the distinctio­n of being chosen as an ambassador for her country, a role that resonated deeply with her commitment to repre senting her cultural heritage through her art. ,t is worth noting that this e[hibition took place between 0arch and .

,n her own words, 0alinga showed e[citement and gratitude as the e[hi bition and e[perience were profound. ³,t went great. Opening night for the e[hibition was a success, it was open to the public but the sponsors were there among other art collectors. There was a conference where we lis tened to and asked some profession­als Tuestions, curators, other artists and practition­ers.

There was an educationa­l tour at one of the 6hake castles with a live painting session.
