Scoop nge-weekend

-

I Tcannot be a weekend without reviewing some of the highlights from the weekend. In this column, we will be bringing you the hottest of trends as well as entertaining news about our creatives.

On top of the list is Dr. Shakes, who almost broke the internet during the Easter holidays with his Easter themed photoshoot. Dr. Shakes was celebrating Easter, and he had a photoshoot where he was imitating Jesus being crucified on the cross. We actually wonder who the photographer of the day was, but then we would like to applaud him for capturing every moment with Dr. Shakes, who presented us with a visual feel of the Easter holidays. Dr. Shares has promised his fans more on Ascension Day. He posted a caption recently that read, ‘Kusene Ascension Day lengakatsinftwa’, meaning he is yet to do another intriguing photoshoot.

Marvel

Our second banquet of flowers this weekend goes to Le Soul, who is a female DJ. She actually stole the show during the recent House Music Festival, which was hosted at the Manzini Club. Her set had patrons on their toes for the rest of the hour, which she played for. She was a marvel to watch, and her song selection was on another level. She gave patrons a memorable experience.

We would also like to shine the light on musician Ayacity, who recently had the ‘King of Amapiano’, Kabza De Small rocking his merchandise. We were taken by the idea that Kabza actually asked for Ayacity’s merchandise after seeing him rocking it during a recent show at Solani’s. This is big for Ayacity as well as for his brand. That is all we have for today on ‘Scoop nge-weekend’; make sure you buy our copy next weekend, Saturday, for more.
