The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) in Addis Ababa Ethiopia would like to invites qualified companies to respond to this Request for Expression interest for the supply Suits, Shirts, Shoes and Necktie. This Request for Expression interest is for suitable supplier with valid license to express their interest for the supply of Suits, Shirts, Shoes and Necktie. Interested supplier will be invited to the tender by "Request for Quotation" (RFQ) at a later stage. The detailed specifications will be included in the RFQ document. The successful bidder will be awarded to supply Suits, Shirts, Shoes and Necktie.

Vendors who express their interest will be invited toparticipate in a tender through “Request for Quotation (RFQ). This tender will envisagethe selection of individual/firm to undertake the above mentioned services within the described specifications that are detailed in the RFQ.

UNECA is precluded from entering into a contract with vendor that isnot fully registered with United Nations Global Market lace (UNGM) and not obtained UN Global Market Place (UNGM) Vendor Idnumber. Thus, only those vendors who are registered orprovisionally registered or have started their registration process in UNGM will be eligible to receive thesolicitation document-rfq. (Use the following site to be registered at UNGM website: https://www.ungm.org).

Those interested vendors who fullfill the above requirements are required to submit the Completevendor Response Form through the above mentionede-mail address on or before 26 September 2022.

Vendors interested in participating in the planned solicitation process should complete the Vendor Response Form (https://www.un.org/depts/ptd/node/add/interestexpressed?eoi=eoiuneca20262) of this EOI and email it to UNECA before the closing date set forth above.
