EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR THE PROVISION OF THE FOLLOWING KEY DOCUMENTS I.E. REVIEW AND DEVELOPMENT OF AN ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE, REVIEW AND DEVELOPMENT OF POLICIES, MANUALS, PROCEDURES AND JOB DESCRIPTIONS, CONDUCTING SALARY SURVEY AND DEVELOPING FIVE YEAR STRATEGIC PLAN FOR SANDFORD INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL. INTRODUCTION DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS

Sandford International School requires the services of a qualified and experienced management consulting firm with experience in the field of review and development of an organizational structure; policies; manuals; procedures; job descriptions; conducting a salary survey and developing a five years strategic plan. The above mentioned tasks will be conducted and delivered in a phase by phase manner.

For the purpose of establishing a contract, Sandford International School will undertake a competitive bidding exercise in the future and consider inviting those management consulting firms that have expressed their interest and provided initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill Sandford International School’s requirement. Please note, that this is not an invitation for submission of a financial proposal.

If you are interested and capable to provide these services, please send your expression of interest with the following documents; Your company’s documents-business Licence, Business Registration, TIN & VAT Certificate, Professional Accreditation as a management consultant and Memorandum of Association Copies of client recommendations or references with their contact details (these are clients for whom you have provided such services in the past)

SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES:

Interested management consulting firms should submit their response to the following email addresses: bezaye@sandfordschool. org within ten days of after this advertisement.

All the details should be submitted in hardcopy sealed with company’s stamp to our HR office in person and also electronically zipped to be sent as an email as guided below;

If the file is below 20MB, you can attach the details in the email response.

NEXT STEPS:

Once the responses are received our process will follow the steps below: Review of Submitted Expressions of Interests. Prequalification of Shortlisted Management Consulting Firms. Issuing of tender to prequalified Management Consulting Firms.

NOTE:

Only the Consulting Architect and Engineers who meet our minimum requirements will be considered for further discussions No financial proposal should be provided with this EOI. The receipt of response shall not bind Sandford International School to any contractual agreements with the prospective bidder. Such arrangements shall only come in place once the award has been issued to a successful bidder after a tender process.

Any costs associated with the preparation and submission of the response to the EOI shall be borne by the EOI respondent.

Any such decisions made will be final and no correspondence will be engaged in, other than to inform the bidders of the outcome of the process. Sandford International School and its authorized representatives are hereby authorized to conduct any inquiries or investigations to verify the documents and information submitted in connection with this application.
