Undiplomatic approach?

Adiplomat whose children attend the well regarded International School Suva has raised eyebrows amongst some other parents. This by allegedly using his official position to try to influence events on councils and committees at ISS. The diplomat and his wife have been vocal about what they perceive as shortcomings. But instead of pressing their case as private individuals, the diplomat has sent an email from his official account. That email is now being circulated widely.

Can the usual silly critics appreciate that not having a commission of inquiry into Fiji by the International Labour Organisation (ILO) is a good thing.

Oh well, that’s just asking for them to have common sense. But, of course, that is uncommon amongst some these days.

CIKA WATCH

Can those with ‘cika’ or pink or red eye please refrain from visiting new-borns in hospitals. We hear that some babies are showing symptoms of cika and this is not good at all.
