Organic firm, Grace Road Group has opened its third restaurant in RB Patel Harbour Point in Lami yesterday. The new restaurant called ‘Noodle Story’ offers a variety of Korean and mixed Asian dishes. Company Director, Daniel Kim said: “From this restaurant the community can experience firsthand organic noodles made from flour and cassava from our farm in Navua.” He said the noodles required time and patience and a lot of human labour to make. “We make everything without any preservatives or additives including noodle dough, stock and sauce,” Mr Kim said. “We want to offer people healthy and delicious food to raise the food stanard in Fiji.” He revealed they are planning to open a Barbeque Open Grill in Wailoaloa, Nadi ,in a few weeks followed by another new restaurant next month at Damodar City Complex in Suva. “Plans are underway to expand more Grace Road subsidiaries in Fiji for this year,’’ Mr Kim said. He added the company is overwhelmed with the response they have been receiving from the community and from the people who turned up at the restaurant opening yesterday. Mr Kim told Fiji Sun that they would add chop sticks instruction guide to their menu to encourage the community to try their noodles.
