Centre Point, a commercial hub
RB Patel Centre Point was the first to realise the growth of suburbs in Suva like Nasinu, Caubati, Valelevu, Kinoya, Narere and Nakasi, according to the company.
Due to the population growth, more people built houses in the Suva – Nausori corridor thus, leading to a high demand for services to be provided in the suburban area.
RB Patel Centre Point general manager operation Jignesh Chauhan said over the years Centre Point is now a commercial hub for Nasinu town as businesses like Vinod Patel, Water Authority of Fiji, Lees Trading and others are located nearby.
Mr Chauhan said because of its central base and easy access, the location attracts more people, providing lots of walk-by customers and high traffic movement.
“The complex has a large supermarket/ departmental store by RB Patel, 10 specialty stores which includes a pharmacy, retail store, Hot Bread Kitchen, a Fish shop, Chicken Express, Variety store, Kick off bar & Night Club, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning store and Western Union.”
They also have BSP ATM and Post Fiji postal boxes placed there.
Furthermore, the complex has a big car parking area which is convenient for the customers and a taxi base which provides 24 hour taxi service.
The small market and food stalls are also based by the road side.
