CORNWALL APPOINTED TO FUTURE FORESTS LIMITED BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Future Forests (Fiji) Limited has appointed Greg Cornwall to the Board of Directors, effective July 13, 2016.

This follows a resignation by director, Digby Bossley, effective July 14, 2016. Mr Bossley has served as independent director on the FFF Board of Directors for over three years, of which the majority as Chairman of the Board. Mr Cornwall hails from Vatukoula and brings 30 years professional experience to the Board. He has worked as general manager in resorts in Fiji, Thailand and in New Zealand’s manufacturing sector. Mr Cornwall, as an independent director, will bring with him an array of contacts, professional experience and knowledge of Fiji’s business and social environment. His term will expire at the next FFF AGM.
