Started her practical at ATS (Air Terminal Services) in Nadi before joining the then USP dining hall for six months. She spent two years at the Super Fresh Supermarke­t in Tamavua in the pastry section. Moved to Nadi and worked at the Ernest Cake Shop in Martintar from 2009-2011. Studied at APTC in 2012 for six months before moving to Beachcombe­r Fiji Island Resort in 2013. She’s been part of the Tanoa family since March 11, 2014 and last week during the Tanoa Salon Culinaire Competitio­n, Ms Seniteteva scooped the Pastry Chef of the Year among the Tanoa properties nationwide.
