Experience:
Started her practical at ATS (Air Terminal Services) in Nadi before joining the then USP dining hall for six months. She spent two years at the Super Fresh Supermarket in Tamavua in the pastry section. Moved to Nadi and worked at the Ernest Cake Shop in Martintar from 2009-2011. Studied at APTC in 2012 for six months before moving to Beachcomber Fiji Island Resort in 2013. She’s been part of the Tanoa family since March 11, 2014 and last week during the Tanoa Salon Culinaire Competition, Ms Seniteteva scooped the Pastry Chef of the Year among the Tanoa properties nationwide.
