In­dian singer, song­writer com­poser and per­former Mika Singh is com­ing to Fiji to per­form at Suva’s Voda­fone Arena on October 18 and Nadi’s Prince Charles Park on October 19. Mirch FM is pro­mot­ing the tour.


He does not smoke but drinks al­co­hol.

His the brother of fa­mous singer Dater Mehndi and Sharn­sher Mehndi (mu­sic di­rec­tor).

He be­gan to play Tabla at the young age of 8, learned har­mo­nium at the age of 12 and end up tak­ing gui­tar lessons af­ter two years. Ini­tially, he wanted to be­come a mu­sic di­rec­tor.

Started his ca­reer as a Kir­tan (re­li­gious) singer.

He ded­i­cated a self-com­posed Pa­tri­otic song (Vande Ma­tram) to Mother In­dia at an ex­clu­sive show for In­dian Ar­rny.

Mika has a NGO `Di­vine Touch’, in­spired by her mother as she al­ways wanted him to help oth­ers.

He is the first singer to have lent one voice to five ac­tors in a song.

He is a fan of Baby Doll and Bad­shah Rap­ping.

He is close friends with singer and rap­per Honey Singh.

He was brought up in Patna, Bi­har and Pa­tiala, Pun­jab along with his 6 broth­ers.

His en­try in Pun­jab Univer­sity, Chandi­garh is banned since 2009 af­ter he passed dirty com­ments at a girl dur­ing his show in the cam­pus fest.
