A46-year-old mother of seven was proud to represent Fiji at the World Youth Summit for Peace that was held from December 10-12 at the Jinnah Convention Centre, Islamabad in Pakistan. Anaseini Conivanua who returned to Fiji on Monday said it was a privilege to advocate for the youth of Fiji to the 196 countries that were represented with over 2000 guests daily during the summit. Ms Conivanua says nothing is impossible if you have a strong will to believe in achieving your goals. She attended Tilak High School and attended USP Lautoka Campus for six years to pursue her studies in Human Resource Management and Planning Relations with a double major in Public Administration and Management. She further pursued her College studies through her hard work and was able to put up her own business to support herself and her family. Aside from her educational endeavors, she enjoys spending time with the youths from a passion she had developed over the years while raising her seven children. Ms Conivanua said she had to stay strong to be able to support the children she had to raise on her own after being separated four years ago.

“I stand strongly to support the youths of this nation and I as a mother stand very strongly to support the values of the young people,” she said. She would like to thank their group sponsors the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Cost U Less, Kapui Creations, family members, Master Mikaele Mudrelagi and Teri Kempe and Jeffrey Lin
