ATS Pacific appointed is Ground Handler for World Cruise 2018

Viking Cruises has officially appointed ATS Pacific as its ground handler for its first ever inaugural world cruise when it is set to embark on a 141 day journey commencing in December 2017.

The vessel, Viking Sun, will stop in 66 ports ranging from Cuba, the Caribbean to Asia to the Middle East, Europe and of course the pristine shores of Fiji.

Cruise Manager, ATS Pacific Fiji, Samu Matakibau said: “This is an exciting time for our cruise industry here in Fiji. We are seeing more and more interest from Cruise Liners who are very much interested in visiting this part of the world. Fiji simply offers a unique experience for all our cruise passengers and we are quite pleased to have been appointed as the official ground tour operator for Viking Cruises. ”

Classified as a small cruise ship, Viking Sun will have a gross tonnage of 47,800 tons and 465 all-balcony cabins, which can accommodate 930 passengers.

Prices for their lead in Veranda cabins start from $49,999 per person and if you wishing to upgrade to something more luxurious, the Owners Suite will set you back a cool $130,499 per person for the entire duration.

Prices included Business class airfares, all full board dining on board, free wifi and of course a range of other experiences offered exclusively by Viking Cruises.

ATS Pacific together with its sister company, Tourist Transport Fiji has been providing Shorex excursions for the likes of cruise companies Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Holland America and Hapag Lloyd to name a few.
