From USP Graduation
She acknowledges parents’ support in her academic achievements.
It’s not the end of the road yet for University of the South Pacific graduate, Archana Kumari. After gaining her Masters in Commerce in Professional Accounting last Friday, Ms Kumari wants to move up the ladder and achieve her Doctorate.
She was among 1680 other University of the South Pacific students who graduated last Friday at Vodafone Arena in Suva.
Ms Kumar, 29, of Lautoka moved to Suva with her family with a dream to make her life a success by achieving as much academic recognitions she could.
“My dad is a retired Police officer now but back then he got a transfer to Suva,” she said.
“I started in USP doing double majors in Accounting and Information System which was my first degree. “Then I went ahead to study my second achieve degree in Bachelor in Commerce in Management. “After completion of my second degree, I went ahead to do my third degree which is Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Accounting, and my fourth achievement is my Masters which I graduated with honours today.”
She said her parents had played a big role in her academic achievements.
