ATH announces record $85.27m
The Amalgamated Telecom Holdings Limited (ATH) and its group of companies has announced its record audited Consolidated Profit After Tax of $85.27 million.
The announcement was made yesterday.
This is for the end of the group’s financial year, 31st March 2017.
There has been a recorded increase of 4.2% compared to last year’s record of $81.83 million. The group’s Consolidated Profit After Tax and Minority Interest is $54.2 million. There was an improvement in the performance of the groups’s major subsidiaries, Vodafone Fiji Limited and Telecom Fiji Limited.
This had greatly contributed to the group’s overall success.
The Board is optimistic that the momentum will continue and the group will maintain and improve on its positive results in the future.
ATH had recently acquired acquisitions in Bluesky Group and Telecom Vanuatu Limited. The ATH Group of Companies are comprised of: ATH, Telecom Fiji Limited, Vodafone Fiji limited, FINTEL, Fiji Directories Limited, ATH Kiribati Limited, Datec (Fiji) Limited and its subsidiary, Datec Australia Pty Limited and Telecom Vanuatu Limited.
