Year 13 students who graduated from Sangam Sadhu Kuppuswamy Memorial College (SSKMC) in Nadi were reminded to work diligently and faithfully when they begin their tertiary education.

This was the message reiterated by the general manager of Future Farms Limited trading as Rooster Poultry, Stanley Raniga during the school prom night on Thursday. “This phase and the steps you take in your tertiary education will determine your future and define you as an individual,” Mr Raniga told the students.

“It is important that you ask yourself this very important question: What will I be known for 20 years from now.”

He urged the students to dig deep and reach for sources and guidance that would help them determine their strengths.

“These strengths are vital when you counter rough patches in life,” Mr Raniga said.

“Firmly hold onto your values that you have learnt at home, school and places of worship and they will serve as your pillars of strength. He also urged the students to think positively, which would lead to their success in future.
