“The Ministry of Youth and Sports is mandated to propel the youth sector in Fiji forward and as such we intend to create a culture of diverse networking among youth groups and stakeholders.

Pariticipant Jacquelyn Amelia Savea said: “This workshop is a good opportunity to gain more significant leadership skills in becoming good and successful leaders.

“It also helps in being more consistent and realistic when setting goals, being organised with schedules and pushing aside procrastinations.”

Another participant Kitione Fesaitu Mua said: “I will use the techniques learnt during the workshop to become a better leader with a good character and have the ability to influence and empower other youths in my community.”
