e-lavo Roadshow A Success in Korovou, Tailevu>

Saturday February 3, saw the success of HFC Bank’s e-lavo service through their roadshow held at Valuefone Shop in Korovou, Tailevu.

The event attracted scores of interest from around the area, for account opening, withdrawals and deposits. Now with their HFC Bank ATM card, these customers can simply walk next door to deposit their day’s takings. Through HFC Bank’s e-lavo agency, communities in and around Korovou like Wainibuka, Namena, Dawasamu Waimaro and other remote locations can now conduct their banking at Valuefone Korovou rather than travel all the way to Nausori.

The next e-lavo Roadshow is scheduled for Rakiraki before the end of this month.

The first of its kind in Fiji, e-lavo offers convenience and accessibility to HFC Bank customers. Giving customers the freedom to withdraw, deposit, transfer funds, pay bills and top up their phones through e-lavo agency outlets strategically located around Fiji.

HFC Bank chief executive officer Rakesh Ram said: “this is one of the very innovative banking solutions for our existing and potential customers, which is also part of our community service agenda by making basic banking services more accessible and convenient to the people of Fiji.”

Since it’s launch in September last year, over 23 outlets now offer this exclusive HFC Bank service. Customers also have the luxury to bank as late as 9pm, depending on the outlets operating hours from Monday to Sunday and even on public holidays.
