POWER SUPPLY STATUS TO THE RESPECTIVE AREAS:

Sigatoka District – Just over 70% of the customers are being supplied power from the Sigatoka Diesel Power Station. For customers who are yet to receive power supply, power lines to these areas need to be repaired and tested.

Nadi District – Just over 60% of the customers are being supplied power from the FEA grid. The power lines to the remaining customers who reside in flood affected areas need to be inspected and repaired.

Lautoka District – About 94% of the customers are being supplied power from the FEA grid. For customers who are yet to receive power supply, power lines to these areas need to be repaired and tested.

Ba District – About 50% of the customers are being supplied power from the FEA grid. With the Ba town and the surrounding areas being underwater, we had to inspect the areas and the power lines to ensure that it is safe to be energized. The power lines transporting power supply to the remaining customers who reside in flood affected areas need to be inspected and repaired.

Tavua District – Just over 10% of the customers are being supplied power from the FEA grid. For customers who are yet to receive power supply, power lines to these areas need to be repaired and tested.

Rakiraki District – About 50% of the customers are being supplied power from the FEA grid. The power lines to the remaining customers who reside in flood affected areas need to be inspected and repaired.
