Coach Gareth Baber and the boys should only focus on Hong Kong 7s and nothing else this weekend.

Leave the Commonwealth Games aside. Baber has got all the artillery that he needs to win him the Hong Kong title for the fourth year in a row. Hong Kong has been a home ground advantage for Fiji, and compared to any other team Fiji has won the most titles in Hong Kong, including two World Cup titles and three-in-a-row three times. This should be the first time for Fiji to make it four years in a row.

The majority of the team has laid their hands on victory in Hong Kong and don't be surprised this weekend with the awesome display that the Fiji team has in place to entertain the crowd that will be gathered in Hong Kong.

And, not forgetting the die-hard fans from Fiji that will be glued to their TVs this weekend.
