New Suva Apartments to go on Sale Soon

Suva-based property developer, Debonair Investments Limited (Debonair) yesterday unveiled preliminary details of their development plans for the construction of a luxury condominium in central Suva’s prime residential enclave.
Situated on Berry Road, the 7-storey Na Mata Ni Cava complex will comprise 14 strata title apartments.
The complex will command a panoramic view of the Suva Peninsula, visible from its precincts above the second level.
According to a Debonair press statement, occupants will experience contemporary resort-style living with roundthe-clock access to health and fitness facilities housed on the second level, featuring a 75 square meter gym, lap pool, spa and sauna.
The Larsen Holtom and Maybin (LHM) designed condominium will shortly be available for pre-construction sale.
Debonair has reserved only 4 strata title for sale off-theplan and is offering a 10 per cent discount on listed prices to entice committed purchasers in this niche market. According to an advertisement published in the Fiji Sun yesterday, construction of the complex is expected to complete by late next year.
The ad says the building will be tsunami-safe, with preconstruction sale to commence soon.
