ATH PAYS INTERIM DIVIDENDS

Amalgated Telecom Holdings Limited (“ATH”) has paid its interim dividend of $10.55 million or 2.5 cents per share for the six months ended 30 September 2017. Payments to ATH’s shareholders were released Friday. Shareholders can expect their dividend by mail within the next few days, while others with bank accounts wil have their dividend credited directly to their account today. ATH’s two largest shreholders, the Fiji National Provident Fund (“FNPF”) and the Government received $7.66million and $1.82million respectively as their share of interim dividend.
