Edupia, a company that is now well recognised for its charitable activities, delighted the residents of the Golden Age Home in Lautoka.

Edupia Co. Ltd is a home stay that cares for the Korean students in Fiji. It does not only provide accommodation, but also guidance for students’ education. This was not their first visit to the sanitarium.

Eunbyeol Hwang, a year 10 student in Sangam Sadhu Kuppuswamy Memorial College (SSKMC) said, “It is always a tremendous experience for us students that we can give back to the society we are living in.”

“Usually boys and girls divide the work— boys are requested to do physical work outdoors while girls do the indoor clean-up.”

Edupia has been serving the community in various ways. Their voluntary services include donations to and clean-up in orphanages, Police stations, sanitariums, hospitals, and so no one. “We students also gain valuable experiences through community services,” said Year 10 student of Nadi Muslim College, A-Young Park.

A-Young mentioned that charity activities were the best method to develop morale and to understand the community. Temporary recorder at Golden Age Home, Maika Rononu said: “On behalf of the management, we would like to say a very big

to Edupia team for all their charitable activities to our home.

“As we are limited in resources, we highly appreciate all contributions from such organisations,” said Mr Rononu.

“We hope to continue the friendly relationship with Edupia,”

The students also replied in an affirmative tone towards the continuous relationship.
