The Fiji Airways Flying Fijians aim to cap off their June internationals with the victory over Tonga on Saturday at Churchill Park, Lautoka.

After wins over Samoa (24-22) and Georgia (37-15), the 2018 Pacific Nations Cup champions will need to prove their 9th placed ranking in World Rugby with another impressive display over the Ikale Taji who beat Samoa 28-18 last Saturday.

“We will have a mix of fresh legs and experienced players for the test this Saturday. “Prop Peni Ravai is fully involved in training and has a good chance to be in the final 23 match squad,” McKee said.

The Fijian side is expecting an exciting battle against the Tongans but McKee is confident of their attacking and defensive structures.

“We have quite a lot of strength across the path, good experienced players good forwards pack, good game upfront. “Tonga will come out strong upfront so we got to know how to deal with them and put variations into our plans to get through and around them.

“They have good attacking play we saw it against Samoa and Georgia,” he said. “We got to be fired up and our focus throughout need to be cleat.

“Discipline worked well for us last Saturday after some hard meetings with the senior players and this week we making sure to win the game.”
