Laksshya has to make his own mark in life: Tusshar

-

Mumbai: Tusshar Kapoor is often spotted taking his son Laksshya Kapoor for play dates or to the children’s gym.

Ask him if the two-year-old understands that his father is a star, the actor says, “I don’t think it has sunk in yet for Laksshya.

When I take him to the park, kids often call out to me as Lucky (his character in the ‘Golmaal’ franchise) and they also want to click pictures with me.

I think he sometimes wonders why the paparazzi click his photographs. They call out his name and he wonders why so many cameras are focused on him.

The flashes from the cameras unnerve him a bit.”Talking about how star kids are being constantly photographed and are growing up under the glare of the cameras, Tusshar adds, “It is better to organically expose kids to whatever is happening in the world outside.

I didn’t expose him to the world till he was about one. I was a little superstitious with that.

But now, if they (the paps) are there, so be it. It is better for Laksshya to grow up knowing that this is what comes with the territory of his father and grandfather’s profession. But he will also know that he is not the sum total of what the media thinks of him. He has to make his own mark in life. He will be told that this is something that he has inherited, but not earned. He has to create his own brand in whichever field he chooses to be in.”.
