As a results driven specialist with demonstrated success in building strong relationships with “C Suite” executives globally, he is often sought after as a speaker at conferences.
He has over 30 years of experience in the field of marketing, operations, continuous improvement, lean auditing, accounting, internal audit and risk management.
His experience has been global, taking him across many cultures and a variety of industries including manufacturing, airline, agriculture, financial services and government across three continents.
Prior to coming to New Zealand, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for a British government investment arm in Indonesia.
During that period he had oversight of finance and internal audit at two oil palm plantations in Higaturu and Milne Bay in Papua New Guinea.
Mr Ganason is a Certified Internal Auditor, a Certified Environment Auditor, holds an MBA with Merit from the University of Bath in the United Kingdom and is a lean practitioner trained by Toyota Master Trainers.
