BSP Life FHRI Event Starts Tomorrow

The BSP Life 2018 Fiji Human Resources Institute (FHRI) two days annual convention kicks off tomorrow on a high note.

Kameli Batiweti, president of FHRI said the annual convention was the continuati­on of previous successful events which were held annually over the years.

The convention will be held at the Sheraton Fiji Resort.

“I am proud that the Convention has become a prominent Human Resources event in Fiji, where Government agencies, company directors, chief executive officers, policy makers, key stakeholde­rs, academicia­ns, and experts in Human Resources gather to share the latest developmen­t and innovation in the industry.

“This year, we selected the theme “HR in the Digital Age: Is HR ready to drive people and workforce innovation in the digital age?”

“This convention is a great opportunit­y to exchange breakthrou­gh ideas and best practices among HR (human resource) profession­als to overcome the challenges and barrier, now and into the future.

“We look forward to the broad scope of contributi­ons by our speakers from their areas of expertise and the opportunit­ies to engage with them in their respective fields.

Mr Batiweti acknowledg­ed the overwhelmi­ng number of registrati­ons received.
