ANZ FETA ANNOUNCES VENUE FOR 2018 AWARDS GALA DINNER

With only one week remaining for submissions, the ANZ Fiji Excellence in Tourism Awards (FETA) is happy to confirm that the Gala Dinner event will be hosted by Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa in Saturday, February 16, 2019. The initial announcement was made when FETA, together with naming rights sponsor ANZ launched the 2018 Season earlier in August.

Following the success and smooth transition to the online ticketing system set up last year, FETA will soon open the online booking platform where guests and patrons can now book and pay online for seats at the award dinner set to take place in February 2019.

The Organising Committee Chair, Olivia Mavoa said: “This is a team effort by all concerned and the Awards whilst recognising the excellent contribution of the Tourism Industry, also brings together all members of the industry to celebrate their excellent achievements for the 2018 season.”

Ms Mavoa also thanked ANZ, sponsors and members of the Tourism Industry for their support and contribution towards the organising of the Fiji Excellence in Tourism Awards. Members of the Organising Committee are made up of Trustees Olivia Mavoa and Craig Powell and also include Nathan Wilson from ANZ, Fiji Airports Christopher Chand, Azam Khan from the Hexagon Group and Thomas Valentine from Tourism Fiji.
