In regards to the share certificates despatched, CSRL wishes to advise all EFL shareholders regarding the following important matters:
All shareholders are requested to note that the perforated or the tear-off portion at the bottom of the share certificate does not need to be signed and/or returned to either CSRL or EFL but rather be kept by the shareholders for their own records;
For those shareholders who witness any errors in the share certificate, in particular with their name or address are requested to contact the CSRL office for verification and correction of the errors; For those EFL customers who had applied for the free offer of shares during the offer period and have so far not received any share certificates are requested to contact the CSRL office.
All shareholders are also advised that once EFL becomes a listed company on SPSE, the shareholders will have a readily available platform through which they can buy and sell their shares depending on the share price prevalent at that time. Additionally, shareholders will be entitled to receive dividends as and when dividends are declared by EFL.
