Fijian Chartered Accountant, and past president of the Fiji Red Cross Society, Nitin Gandhi has been awarded a top accounting honour, recognisin­g outstandin­g service to his profession and community.

The Managing Partner of multinatio­nal profession­al services firm PwC in Fiji is among 188 Chartered Accountant­s worldwide to have been awarded a Chartered Accountant­s Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) Fellowship. the Pacific.

“The latest Fellows highlight the important role Chartered Accountant­s play in business success and the extensive contributi­ons many CA ANZ members make to local community organisati­ons, often without charge, and drawing on their profession­al knowledge and experience.”

He said Fellowship­s meant a lot to recipients because they are nominated by fellow CA ANZ members.

The new Fellows are based in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and the United Kingdom. Associate member of the Fiji Hotel and Tourism Associatio­n.
