KOLINISAU AMONG SPORTING STARS THAT ARE AMBASSADORS OF THE ENSPIRE WEBSITE
Awebsite has been set-up to help charities fundraise during and after the lockdown by buying virtual shoutouts from personalities, celebrities and mentors that we look up to. A virtual shoutout is a short video recording similar to a dedication back in the days of radio. Enspire was set up by Sanjay Reddy following the lockdown announcement by New Zealand government on the 24th of March. He is a dual citizen of both Fiji and New Zealand.
Through the Enspire web platform you can request a personalised virtual video shoutout from a personality, celebrity or mentor.
“You will be able to dedicate shoutouts to your family, friends and colleagues and keep their morale high during and after this lockdown.
“Like everyone in Fiji and New Zealand I felt like life had been totally disrupted. Never have we experienced anything like this.
“A lot of us will be feeling helpless at this time. Our family, friends and colleagues will go through some very hard times in the coming weeks, months and perhaps even years. “I thought that we needed to support one another, be kind and keep talking so that we can all get through this together, stronger,” Sanjay said.
FIJI TRIP
“During my last trip to Fiji over the 2019 Christmas holidays I spent close to a month in Rakiraki and came up with the essence of Enspire. “I caught up with two of my good mates, Navneel Sharma and Vinit Sharma on New Year’s Eve in Nadi and gave them a run down of the idea which they thought was promising.
“The basis of the idea was there but it did pivot a few times before arriving at Enspire. Initially, the plan was to bring out a mobile app with a whole lot of cool features.
“However, because Fiji, Samoa, New Zealand and other island countries have gone into a full lockdown affecting everyone and every business, “I decided to launch a web platform earlier by cutting down on the feature set so that Enspire can help boost peoples morale during the lockdown and support our communities and charities”
“If there is one trait that stands out in those considered the best in what they do, it is their passion. Watching a personality, celebrity or mentor who truly loves what they are doing is both enspiring and educational.
“They bring out the best in those around them because their passion is contagious and creates an environment in which learning and working becomes fun”
GIVING BACK
Enspire came into existence as a result of these questions which led to the core principles on which it stands by.
How can we take advantage of this passion and ignite this same fire inside each of us around the world?
How can we take advantage of this passion and give back to our communities?
The essence and core existence of why Enspire was created is to give back to our communities and charities to make the world a better place.
“Enspire is a platform that will allow users to feed their passion through experiences with personalities, celebrities and mentors around the world.
“We call these personalities, celebrities and mentors, Enspire ambassadors who are passionate about Enspire and what it stands for” “Enspire ambassadors can spread their passion by fuelling people to be their best. Each experience will be used by an ambassador to support a charity.
AMBASSADORS
“Users can reach out to ambassadors across areas such as sport, business, entertainment, fashion, religion, lifestyle, food, fitness, education, politics, science, travel, technology– the list is endless.
“We have the chance to support charities fundraise during a time when it is extremely hard for them to support their causes and we can put smiles on the faces of mums, dads and kids that are not able to celebrate a birthday, an anniversary or any other milestone during this lockdown. “Can you imagine the effect Enspire could have by uplifiting everyones morale?”
“I am humbled by the support shown from great ambassadors and will be opening up the platform to users in the coming week so that we can start helping our communities”
