DELAY IN 2019 ANNUAL REPORT

The Board of VB Holdings Limited wishes to advise the market in regards to the delay in the release of the 2019 Annual Report. The crisis of COVID-19 led to the Government and health officials putting in place measures of movement restrictions and lockdown of the Lautoka and Suva areas.

This effected VBH and Auditors in attending to the completion and thus resulted in the delay in finalisation of the 2019 Annual Report.

However, the majority of the work has been done and the team is currently working on the final stages to deliver the report soon. At this stage the management anticipates the report to be released by the end of May, 2020.

Further to the above, the SPX has granted an extenesion of two months to all listed entites to lodge the respective annual report copies by June 30, 2020.
