19 men, charged with fail­ure to com­ply with or­ders, bailed

Nine­teen men, who were found play­ing touch rugby in Lami on April 30, were granted bail at the Suva Mag­is­trates Court yes­ter­day.

They are; Ian Thorpe Filipe, Koli

Onorua, Nayasi Du­maru, Waisea Tuwai, Jim­i­lai Onorua, Etu­ate Onorua, Jone Tuicakau, Ula­iasi Sorovaki, Setareki Varo, Amin­isi­tai Mudunavosa, Vil­iame Mudunavosa, Me­tui Rat­ulevu, Sairusi Buresoli, Pau­liasi Tuilau, Isikeli Vu­laki, Eto­nia Waqalevu, Uate Vukikaubal­e, Pita Savou, and Jone

Matau.

All men, who are charged with fail­ure to com­ply with or­ders, were re­leased on $200 bail bond and or­dered to bring a surety on the next court date.

Mag­is­trate Jioji Bo­sei­waqa in­structed them not to re­of­fend while on bail and not to in­ter­fere with pros­e­cu­tion wit­nesses.

The men were told that their right for a lawyer will be given to them on the next court date.

The case was ad­journed to July 27 for men­tion.
