Man in custody for alleged murder

Investigations are underway following an alleged murder in Naqara Village, Waima, Naitasiri, which occurred on Friday. The victim, a 28-yearp-old woman was allegedly stabbed by her husband following a heated argument.

She was rushed to the Vunidawa Hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival. The suspect is in custody at the Vunidawa Police Station as investigations continue.
