RUBBISH CITIZENS

And the citizens of the year (not) are some Nasinu residents who despite being given new timetable for rubbish collection are still breaking the law.

This is the same municipality where ratepayers are the most reluctant to pay their dues and at the same time expecting a world class service.

Money matters have affected service for the municipality but this has been made worse by residents. Some of them guilty of piling rubbish along roadsides and some even dumping theirs in front of the neighbour’s yard.
