Rise and Shine with South Pacific Coffee Company
In the midst of a pandemic and during times of uncertainty, Michael Dennis has taken a leap of faith and decided to take the coffee business in a new direction. Director at The Rhum-Ba, and founder of Lulu Coffee he opened South Pacific Coffee Company on Nadi’s Back Road.
The business itself is a first for Nadi and Fiji, being the only operating roasting facility with café where guests can watch the roasting process live as they enjoy quality coffee drinks and food.
Roaster
The heart of South Pacific Coffee Company is its beautiful roaster, which is a custom built 40kg drum coffee roaster.
It was designed and built by one of New Zealand’s most respected coffee roasters in partnership with an engineer specialising in building and maintaining industrial coffee roasters.
The roaster itself is already up and running and Mr Dennis is extremely grateful for the positive and supportive feedback he is receiving from the local community about the coffee.
