Situation: A trough of low pressure remains slow moving just to the north of Fiji. Associated cloud and showers is expected to gradually affect the northern and eastern parts of the country.

Forecast to midnight tonight for the Fiji group: Cloudy with some showers and isolated thunderstorms over the northern and eastern parts of the group.

Elsewhere, mainly fine. Isolated afternoon or evening showers possible. Isolated heavy falls especially over the northern and eastern parts possible. Moderate south to southeast winds. Moderate seas.

Outlook for tomorrow: Cloudy with some showers and isolated thunderstorms over the northern and eastern parts of the group.
