Toulon dropout returns to Super Rugby NZ as a Highlander

Nehe Milner-Skudder is set to make a return to Super Rugby after signing a new contract with Highlanders.
The 29-year-old signed a three-year deal with Toulon but a shoulder injury that also kept him out of the World Cup did not allow him to feature for the French club.
With the Top 14 season in suspension following the pandemic coronavirus, it is reported that
Milner-Skudder has cancelled his contract with Toulon.
According to a report from One News, MilnerSkudder was approached by Highlanders ahead of the recently announced Super Rugby Aotearoa competition that will kick-off on June 13. The competition will comprise of five Super Rugby teams in New Zealand.
In the opening round, the Highlanders will host the Chiefs while Blues take on Hurricanes.
Milner-Skudder has played 13 Tests for New Zealand between 2015 and 2018 and has scored 12 tries in it. He was also part of the All Blacks squad that emerged victorious in the 2015 World Cup..
