Bail for robbery accused
Suva Magistrate, Geethani Wigesinghe, yesterday remanded a man who allegedly robbed a woman inside a bus.
Mikaele Kolikenakorotubu, was charged with robbery.
It is alleged that on May 14 in Nabua, he attempted to steal a 22-carat gold Mangalsutra chain worth $2000 from a woman who was inside the bus.
His case has been adjourned to May 29 for his formal bail application to be submitted.
