RECORD NUMBERS LINING UP FOR SEATS IN NIUE’S PARLIAMENT

Alofi: A record 26 candidates are seeking the six common roll seats in the Niue Parliament when voters go to the polls on 30 May. This beats the previous record, set at the 2017 election, of 23 candidates. Another 28 are seeking the 14 village seats.
