VS informs GS officially that she is not to attend the Management Board meeting on Saturday, because of her five instances of insubordination and the risk of disruptions including making a decision on the date of the MB meeting without WC approval, making plans for the MB meeting at FT A hall without WC approval, making statements on social media undermining the WC, non attendance to WC meeting without proper excuse, disruptive and disrespectful behaviour to WC.
